Our Performance Pathway is geared towards qualifying coaches with the necessary skills to safely and succesfully train athletes with specific focus on race training. Pathways are available in Alpine, Snowboard and Nordic disciplines.

There are 3 Levels of performance coach available for individuals who already hold an ASSI qualification. A 3 day course giving an introduction into Performance Coaching and will allow you to assistant a Level 3 or 4 coach in training sessions. The one week Level 3 and Level 4 increase your coaching skills and give you greater responsibility and scope within which to use your award. See below for further details.

The Snowboard Performance Coach course, equivalent to that of the Level 3 Alpine course, is designed to educate snowboard coaches with entry level athletes. A 6 day course run either in Scotland or abroad follow the link below to learn more.
Level 3 Snowboard Performance Coach
There are 4 levels of Nordic Coaching qualifications starting from Assistant through to Elite level. The qualifications are for those who have an interest in working with Nordic Performance athletes.
