Bormio 2014 Camp Info

ALL PLACES ON SQUADS ARE SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE FROM ATHLETES.
FULL-TIME SQUAD
This squad is for athletes who have completed their education and wish to concentrate on training full-time for an international ski career. Generally older athletes, the squad are based for most of the year in Europe and compete regularly in competitions. In past years this squad has worked closely with their English counterparts and is seen as the first step in being selected to the British Alpine Ski Team.
GB Scots: Noel Baxter, Dougie Crawford, Charlie Guest, Christy MacKinnon, Alex Tilley.
2013/14 members: Paul Henderson, Euan Macfie, Nicole Ritichie, Graeme Price, Katie Guest.
PART-TIME SQUAD
This squad consists of younger athletes not yet ready to undertake a full-time training programme. The squad still trains for a considerable time abroad each year, and attends competitions internationally including the Scottish and British Champs held at Easter in France.
2013/14 members: Alexander Adamson, Xavier Barlow, Euan Kick, Fraser Buchan, Chris Guest, Liam McHugh, Kirsty Guest.
COLLEGIATE TEAM
This part of the national team is for those members who are continuing their studies at college or university, but meet the criteria to benefit from the national team set up.
2013/14 members: Ali Stang, Eilidh McLeod, Kate Angus, Euan Ryan
DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
2013/14 members: Tristain Adamson, Felix Schaebbicke, Graham Dickson, Sion Bingham, Grant Dillon, Laura Jackson, Ella Still, Alison Todd, Scott Garvie, Scott McWhirter.
UNDER 16 DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
2013/14 members: Rhona Price, Amber Garvie, Zak Vinter, Iain Innes, Lachlan Veitch, Duncan Kuwall, Fraser Middleton, David Christey.
SCOTTISH ALPINE SKI SELECTION FOR 2013/14
The selection process for the Scottish Alpine Ski Team 2012/13 has now closed. The programme is designed as a performance pathway to support talented athletes to progress talented athletes in maximising their potential and achieving progression to the GB Team and international competition.
