Bormio 2011

After organising two successful trips to the English Ski Championships Glasgow Ski Racing are forward planning for the 2011 event. Update 23.06.2010

There are still a fewplaces available on the Bormio Camp for 2011 and as flights have now released for February 2011, while they are at their lowest I aim to take advantage and book for the Juniors and Children who want to go out on the Combined camp.

The dates of the English Schools half term when the championships are held are Friday 18th to Monday 27th which means that the Championships will start on Sunday 20th and finish Friday 25th.

Flights will be booked out from Edinburgh on Friday 18th, which gets into Milan at 17.35 and should mean that the party will arrive in Bormio about 10 pm? This is going out on the Friday to give one training day before the race and coming back on Saturday 26th this year with a 11.55 depart getting back in Edinburgh at 13.35.

I now need to know who apart from the people who have committed to the standing order method of payment if anyone else wants a flight booked for their child? I also need the following information by return for everyone who I am booking flights for.

Full name as appears on Passport,

Date of Birth,

Passport number and expired date.

I also require a £200 booking deposit at this stage.

So far I am going to be booking flights for 12 trainees from various clubs throughout Scotland. Any new booking will get all the paperwork sent out to them by return.
