The Board of Snowsport Scotland is pleased to give notice that the 2027 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Snowsport Scotland Limited will take place on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 6 October 2027 from 7pm.

In accordance with the Articles of Association, all Snowsport Scotland individual members and club/association representatives are invited to attend.

Please use this link to cast your online vote and register to attend by midnight on Sunday 3rd October.

AGENDA

The agenda for the meeting will include:-

1. Welcome and acknowledgements from the Snowsport Scotland Chair.

2. Presentation of highlights from the Annual Review

3. The formal AGM business and confirmation of the results of the online votes on the following resolutions:-

Approval of the minutes of the 2026 AGM

Approval of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2027

Re-appointment of Auditors Robb Ferguson & Co Chartered Accountants 

Appointment of xxx as Non-Executive General Director

4. Any Other Business
