VOTE ONLINE AND REGISTER TO ATTEND

In accordance with the Articles of Association, all Snowsport Scotland individual members and club/association representatives are invited to vote online and then attend the AGM.

All voting will be done electronically online. Use the white button below to vote online in advance - the voting form will open on Wednesday the 17th of September and close on Sunday the 5th of October.

A Teams meeting link will be shared by emailed to all registrants on the morning of the AGM.

VOTING COUNT: In accordance with the Articles of Association, each AGM vote submitted will, in the first instance, be counted as 1 vote (a ‘SHOW OF HANDS’).

If voting does not result in a clear majority, the method of counting will move to a ‘POLL’ whereby each individual member’s vote will be counted as 1, but clubs will be entitled to a vote count in line with their reported membership numbers as outlined in the table below.

Note: club votes must be cast by an official club office bearer, who is officially named as the designated voter, on behalf of the club. In the event of two votes being submitted for a club erroneously, the first will be taken and the second removed. Should voting go to a POLL, club votes will be verified before being accepted.
