Situated in a stunning location in the Eastern Cairngorms at 2,090 ft above sea level it is in the heart of Scotland’s largest National Park. The Lecht is the smallest of the 5 ski centres in Scotland but it still packs plenty of punch. With on-site snow-making facilities it offers some of the most consistent snow and is ideal for all levels of skiers and snowboarders and is especially good for beginners and intermediates.

Glencoe Mountain Resort is Scotland's oldest ski centre. Featuring a natural bowl at the mid mountain with a large plateau area, it is perfect for those finding their feet in snowsports. It also has a reputation as being a great venue for the more experienced snowsports enthusiast. The upper mountain boasts stunning scenery and a great choice of runs including the famous 'Flypaper' (the UK's steepest black run), making it a must visit destination for those in search of steep terrain on home turf.

The largest resort in the UK - it extends across four mountains, three valleys and boasts 21 lifts and tows - offers a choice of 36 runs comprising 40 kms of piste. The longest single run, Glas Maol, extends to a fantastic 2 kms of skiing, while the snow-making facilities means the centre is often open for a longer winter season. Suitable for all levels, you'll easily fill a whole weekend exploring the extensive terrain.

The most famous ski area in Scotland, Cairngorm Mountain offers a wide range of terrain with 30 km of pistes served by 13 lifts, making it one of the country’s top destinations for winter sports. A modern snowmaking system ensures reliable conditions across the lower runs, extending the season when natural snowfall is limited. With trails catering to beginners, intermediates, and advanced riders alike, as well as a dedicated freestyle terrain park, Cairngorm Mountain is perfect for a fun-filled weekend on the snow.

Nevis Range is accessed by the UK’s only Mountain Gondola. There is a beginner's area with a variety of easy green and blue graded runs. An artificial slope also provides skiing opportunities when snow is lean. Further up the mountain is an extensive network of red and black runs, as well as a terrain park. Here you'll also find the impressive off-piste expanse of the Back Corries with steep runs to challenge even the most experienced of skiers.
