APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR WOMEN & GIRLS COACH EDUCATION SUBSIDY
Applications are now open for Snowsport Scotland's Women & Girls Coach Education Subsidy, continuing the organisation's commitment to supporting more women and girls into coaching and instructing roles across Scottish snowsports.
Made possible through dedicated funding from sportscotland, the subsidy has been helping aspiring female coaches and instructors access qualifications over the past three years by reducing some of the key barriers to coach education.
Eligible applicants can receive up to 50% funding towards the cost of approved coaching or instructor qualification courses, as well as support for associated costs such as travel, accommodation (where required), and childcare, subject to the programme's Terms and Conditions.
