Renewed Funding for Women & Girls Coach and Instructor Courses
Following a successful year of progress and increased female participation in instruction and coaching, Snowsport Scotland is proud to announce the renewal of its Women & Girls Coach Education Subsidy for the 2025/2026 season, thanks to continued support from sportscotland.
The subsidy continues to target key barriers to entry for women and girls—financial cost, logistical challenges, and underrepresentation—by offering grants for a wide range of qualification courses. Eligible programmes include instructor certifications in skiing and snowboarding, Alpine racing, Park & Pipe freestyle, Nordic cross-country, and mountain induction courses.
