Huntly Champs and Cairngorm Hill Climb 2025 end the Scottish Roller Ski Series in Style
The Huntly Roller-Ski Races 2025 delivered an exciting showcase of talent and determination on Saturday morning, as competitors battled it out in near-perfect conditions. With every category closely contested, the races kept spectators on edge throughout the day. The afternoon’s relay events provided a lively and enjoyable finale, adding a fun, team-driven element to the competition. Organisers from Huntly Nordic Ski Club were praised for their smooth and professional management of the event.
On Sunday, attention shifted to the Cairngorms for the Hill Climb 2025, where athletes faced a gruelling test of endurance on the Ski Road. Blessed again with excellent conditions, the hill climb marked the dramatic conclusion to the series. Competitors pushed themselves to the limit in a fiercely fought contest across all levels. Special thanks were extended to Alastair Dargie and his family for their outstanding efforts in delivering a challenging and memorable event.
Together, the Huntly Roller-Ski Races and Cairngorm Hill Climb showcased the very best of cross-country skiing competition in Scotland.
