NOTICE OF THE 2026 SNOWSPORT SCOTLAND AGM

Snowsport Scotland’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday 7 October 2026, from 7.00pm, on Microsoft Teams.

All Snowsport Scotland individual members and club or association representatives are invited to attend. Members can review the six resolutions, vote and register to attend by midnight on Sunday 4 October 2026.

The meeting will include a welcome from the Chair, highlights from the 2026 Annual Review, and a look ahead to Snowsport Scotland’s ambitions for the 2026–30 cycle.

AGM BUSINESS

The formal business will confirm the results of online voting on six resolutions:

1. Approval of the 2025 AGM minutes.

2. Approval of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026.

3. Reappointment of Robb Ferguson & Co Chartered Accountants as auditors.

4. Appointment of Graeme Jackson as a Non-Executive General Director.

5. Appointment of Davy Zyw as a Non-Executive General Director.

6. Approval of a special resolution to adopt the updated Articles of Association.

There will also be an opportunity for any other business. The Microsoft Teams link will be emailed to everyone registered on the morning of the AGM.
