We’re delighted to welcome Isla to the Snowsport Scotland team, where she will help develop opportunities and strengthen the pathway for Para Alpine and Adaptive snowsports across Scotland.
Isla brings more than 25 seasons of experience in the snowsports industry, having worked across Europe, Australia and Japan. Over the past five years, her work has focused on developing the Alpine pathway in Australia, supporting progression from grassroots participation through to national-level competition.
Joining Snowsport Scotland, Isla is excited to bring that experience to her new role and support the development of Para Alpine and Adaptive snowsports.
“I’m now excited to bring that experience into the Para Alpine and Adaptive space, helping to develop opportunities and strengthen the pathway across Scotland,” she said.
A keen outdoor enthusiast, Isla enjoys much more than time on the slopes. When she’s not sliding on snow, she can usually be found in or on the water!
“I’m also looking forward to spending more time back in the UK and experiencing some more Scottish skiing, which is remarkably similar to Australian skiing!”
