Snowsport Scotland is delighted to announce the return of its annual Workforce Education Conference, taking place on Sunday 20 September at Craigclowan School, Perth.

Designed to support the continued development of Scotland's snowsport workforce, the conference brings together coaches, instructors, officials and volunteers from across the country for a day of learning, networking and professional development.

This year's programme features a diverse range of workshops aimed at enhancing coaching knowledge and practical skills across multiple disciplines. Topics include:

  • Coaching Children

  • Personal Development (Skiing)

  • Introducing 3D Movement

  • Engaging Newcomers to Rollerskiing

  • Performance Analysis & Effective Feedback

  • Advanced Course Setting (Alpine)

  • Evolving Coaching for Female Success

  • Inclusive Snowsports Delivery

For the first time, the conference has expanded to include Cross Country. Whether you're taking your first steps as a coach or looking to build on years of experience, the Workforce Education Conference provides an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners, share ideas with colleagues and gain valuable two year CPD revalidation.
